Program Ministries

AUM’s financial assistance includes giving direct funds to help pay for utilities, rent, prescriptions, and cover other emergency needs.  AUM makes referrals to other Arlington social service agencies.

Screening Process. A valid picture I.D. and utility bill or lease verifying Arlington address are required.   Clients provide a confidential intake form to assess their needs.

Financial Assistance

The Nu2U Resale Store at 2400 W. Pioneer Parkway, receives and sells gently used clothing, furniture and household products. The proceeds help support the AUM mission. Phone:  817-795-6379.

Regular hours are Monday through Saturday 10-6.

AUM has an emergency food pantry that includes detergent, personal hygiene items, and diapers and other items for infants and toddlers. AUM keeps food and special items for the homeless in our area.

Volunteers and staff take Gospel stories to East Arlington area Laundromats.  Children become a captive audience and so do their parents.  Along with sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, children receive snacks and activities.
